Sunday Openings Among Library Hours Expansion
Currently, only four library branches are open Sunday year-round.

All Baltimore County Public Librarybranches will be open Sundays year-round. That's the biggest of the changes library officials are set to announce Wednesday.
County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and library Director Jim Fish will discuss the changes in an event at the Loch Raven branch, one of three satellite branches which will see increased staffing as part of the move, according to a news release. The other two are Hereford and Lansdowne.
As part of the changes, all county libraries will be open Sundays year-round. Currently, only the Towson, Owings Mills, Rosedale and Woodlawn branches are, while most library branches only open Sundays during the summer. The Loch Raven branch will be open full-time, something residents andCouncilman David Marks have asked for in recent years.
