Overturned Tanker Clears I-695: State Highway Administration

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A tanker that overturned on the inner loop of Interstate 695 has been cleared from the scene, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. The crash happened on the ramp to northbound I-83.

All lanes had reopened by 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, officials said.

The crash occurred before 3:30 p.m. and with vehicles were getting by on the right, traffic stacked up in the area during rush hour.

By 5:45 p.m., backups had cleared, and there were no delays.
