A woman whose twin sister was murdered in Baltimore County more than two decades ago was on the "Dr. Oz Show" Tuesday morning. Jennifer LeCornu Carrier has been working to find her sister's killer, sponsoring billboards around the Baltimore metro area in recent years that say "Find My Killer."

The billboards feature a picture of her twin, Jody LeCornu, who was found shot to death in her car in a shopping center parking lot on York Road March 2, 1996.

More than 23 years later, the killer is out there.

Authorities said they were called to the York Road Plaza shopping center for a shooting before 4 a.m. on March 2, 1996. They found Jody LeCornu had been shot in the back, and investigators determined she was shot while sitting in her vehicle in the Drumcastle shopping center parking lot across the street.

Witnesses reportedly told investigators that a stocky black man followed her car into the parking lot, then took an item from her vehicle before driving away on York Road in a white BMW. He was wearing a green/drab army-style coat, according to authorities.

After she was shot, Jody LeCornu drove from the Drumcastle parking lot across York Road into the parking lot of the York Road Plaza, police reported.

"Everything she did that night was out of character," her sister said.
