Towson Crime: Juveniles Try To Rob Man On Phone Near Mall

White Oak Avenue, 1900 block. Between 12:30 p.m. June 8 and 8:30 a.m. June 10. Someone tried to break into Oakleigh Elementary School by prying open three large window screens but was unable to get inside.
Forrest Avenue, 1700 block. At 11:41 p.m. June 7. Two juveniles tried to steal a four-wheeler from a porch but fled when they were confronted by a neighbor.
Hillendale Road, 8100 block. Between 9:15 and 11:30 a.m. June 7. A Samsung Galaxy II tablet, a jewelry box, 3 Citizen watches and jewelry were stolen from a home. Burglars got inside through a rear bathroom window.

East Joppa Road, 1400 block. Between 5 p.m. June 5 and 11 a.m. June 7. A heating and air conditioning unit was stolen from outside a building.
Dowling Circle, unit block. Between 12 p.m. May 31 and 7 p.m. June 7. A Macy's bedding set, gold sapphire diamond ring, and sapphire earrings were stolen from an apartment. Burglars got inside through an unlocked bedroom window.

Lachlan Circle, 7000 block. Between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. June 6. An Apple Macbook Pro laptop and laundry cards from Fairway of Towson were stolen from an apartment. Burglars got inside through an unlocked door.
Loch Raven Boulevard, 8200 block. Between 6:15 p.m. June 5 and 6:50 a.m. June 6. A 50-inch Panasonic television, a Nintendo Wii, and a Dell computer were stolen from Heritage Adult Daycare.
East Joppa Road at York Road. At 4:55 p.m. June 5. Two juveniles tried to rob a man who was on his cell phone. The two juveniles approached the man and demanded his phone and cash, then one of the juveniles struck the man. The two would-be robbers ran toward Towson Town Center when the man refused.
Midhurst Road, 100 block. Between 12 p.m. June 3 and 2:30 a.m. June 4. Change and a Bluetooth headset were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway.
