Towson Hosts Ravens Pep Rally Before AFC Wild Card Playoff Game
In case you missed it, watch the Baltimore County Purple Friday pep rally.

TOWSON, MD — A Ravens pep rally brought a sea of purple to Patriot Plaza in Towson on Friday afternoon. The county executive, pumped up about the playoffs, likened the Ravens' trajectory to his own.
To make it to the post-season, Baltimore had to come back from a three-game losing streak.
"I know a thing or two about being an underdog," said newly elected County Executive Johnny Olszewski. "It fires you up and motivates you."

The Ravens host the Los Angeles Chargers for the AFC wild card game at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6, in Baltimore. Get tickets.
Whoever wins when the Ravens and Chargers meet at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6, will go on to the divisional round the following week.
"I have a feeling we may be back here again," former county executive Don Mohler said at Friday's rally at Patriot Plaza.
The AFC championship game will be on Sunday, Jan. 20. The Super Bowl will be Sunday, Feb. 3, in Atlanta, broadcast on CBS.
Councilman Julian Jones — whose district includes the Ravens' Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills — tried to do his best impression of retired Raven Ray Lewis.
To continue the Purple Friday celebration, two bars will offer giveaways and Miller Lite specials. Poe, cheerleaders and Ravens alumni Jamal Lewis and Willis McGahee will be on hand at these two locations:
