A lottery player scored a five-figure win at the Towson Town Center in the past week, according to state lottery officials.

TOWSON, MD — A retailer in Towson sold a lottery ticket worth $10,000 recently, according to the Maryland Lottery.

The player bought the ticket for the $500,000 Crossword game, which is a $20 scratch-off that has a grand prize worth half a million dollars.

Towson News Stand in Towson Town Center at 825 Dulaney Valley Road sold the ticket this week, according to the Maryland Lottery.
