Towson Tree Lighting 2017 Set For Olympic Park
The tree lighting in Baltimore County will take place the first Friday night of December.
TOWSON, MD — The Baltimore County Christmas Tree Lighting is slated for Friday, Dec. 1. The annual affair takes place at Olympic Park near Towson Circle.
The tree lighting is part of the Towson Chamber of Commerce's annual WinterFest, which includes a variety of events leading up to the year-end holidays.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive by fire truck for the tree lighting, which will also feature live entertainment and complimentary refreshments.

The tree lighting will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, at Olympic Park, 1 West Joppa Road, near Towson Circle. Drivers can find free parking at the 111 Allegheny Avenue parking garage.
