Towson Woman Charged with Human Trafficking, Prostitution

Di Zhang, owner of an erotic massage parlor in Towson, was charged on March 8.

(UPDATED 12:30 P.M.)—A Towson woman is facing charges for human trafficking and prostitution.

Di Zhang, 42, of the 100 block of Edgerton Road, was charged on March 8, according to online court records.

Zhang is free on $20,000 bond, according to Baltimore County court records. She faces up to a year in prison or a $500 fine for the prostitution charge, and 10-years in prison and a $5,000 fine for the human trafficking charge.

Court documents detailing the events that led to the charges were sealed Thursday morning.

Zhang, owner of erotic massage parlor Jade Heart Health Center in the 1400 block of Joppa Road, is slated to appear in Baltimore County District Court on July 29.
