Two Towson Tigers Chosen For Team USA Tryout
A pair of Towson women's volleyball players will have the opportunity to try out for the U.S. national team.
From Towson University: After outstanding careers for the Towson University women's volleyball program, Olivia Finckel and Marrisa Wonders have been selected to join the U.S. Women's National Team Open Tryouts.
The tryouts will be held at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado Feb. 21-23.
Finckel and Wonders are two of 214 athletes from 94 colleges aiming to join the U.S. National Team. Finckel is one of 24 opposite hitters to earn a tryout while Wonders is one of 37 setters.
