Vehicle Fire On I-695 Snarls Traffic Near I-83 Interchange

BREAKING: Traffic is congested on the beltway near Interstate 83 due to a vehicle fire, officials say.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Traffic is snarled on Interstate 695 Thursday afternoon due to a single-vehicle crash, officials say.

Before 3:30 p.m., the vehicle fire was reported on the inner loop of I-695 in the area of the exit for I-83.

Traffic was stacking up after 3:45 p.m. in the area.
