Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker III and Police Chief Mark A. Magaw will headline a ceremony in Upper Marlboro this Thursday, as they graduate 50 new police officers to various departments throughout the county.
Of the 50 officers, 46 of them will take jobs with the Prince George’s County Police Department. Three will join the City of Bowie Police Department and one will join the Maryland National Capital Park Police.
