The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for southern Prince George's County, including Upper Marlboro, effective until 5 p.m. today.
According to the warning, up to three inches of rain have fallen in the sourthern area of Prince George's County. The storm could add another inch to those totals, according to the warning.
