Gun Battle Between Cars Sends 2 To Hospital: Police
Two people were hospitalized after a gun battle led to a car crash on Route 202 in Prince George's County, police said.

UPPER MARLBORO, MD — Two people were hospitalized after a gun battle led to a car crash on Route 202 in Upper Marlboro early Thursday morning.
Police were called to Whitehouse Road at Route 202 just after midnight for the report of people in two cars shooting at each other.
Both cars crashed on White House Road—one car overturned in a wooded area and the other car crashed into power lines, police said.

Three occupants in the cars tried to run from police, but were caught. Their identities have not yet been released. Two of the suspects were brought to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries sustained in the crash.
