Man Arrested For Breaking Into House, Stealing Dog: Deputies
A Largo man is behind bars after deputies said he broke into someone's home, damaged their property and then stole their dog.

UPPER MARLBORO, MD - A Largo man is behind bars after deputies with the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office said he broke into someone's home, damaged their property and then stole their dog.
Fredrick Scott is charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction to property.
According to the warrant, on Nov. 7, 2019, Scott broke into a house located along the 9400-block of Grand Blvd. in Largo and stole the victim’s dog and damaged property.

Deputies investigating Scott’s whereabouts said they were eventually led to the 6000-block of Oxon Hill Rd. in Oxon Hill where they approached Scott getting out of his vehicle and placed him under arrest. Deputies then transported him to jail where he is awaiting a bond hearing.
