Deputies Arrest Felony Assault Suspect in Capitol Heights
Sheriff's deputies apprehended Kenneth Ferguson at the 500 block of Cedarleaf Ave. in Capitol Heights, MD.

Sheriff's deputies apprehended Kenneth Ferguson in Capitol Heights, MD, on an arrest warrant for first degree assault, according to the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office.
Ferguson and another male suspect allegedly physically assaulted a male victim at the 500 block of Cedarleaf Ave. in Capitol Heights, according to the warrant, which was obtained on Nov. 20. The other male suspect pulled out a handgun and shot the victim; then he and Ferguson fled, according to the sheriff's office.

Deputies seeking Ferguson found him at the 7200 block of Hylton Street, the sheriff's office announced.
Ferguson was transported to the Prince George's County Department of Corrections and charged with first and second degree assault, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, among other charges, according to the sheriff's office.
