Man Dies After Car Plows Through Restaurant In PG County
An elderly man died a week after he was struck by a car that rammed into Babes Boys Tavern in Upper Marlboro, police said.

UPPER MARLBORO, MD — An elderly man died a week after he was struck by a car that rammed into a restaurant in Upper Marlboro, police said.
Isiah Pugh, 73, of Oxon Hill died from his injuries Tuesday. Pugh was one of six people taken to the hospital after the car plowed into Babes Boys Tavern at about 1:10 p.m. Oct. 24.
Police have determined that the driver was heading southbound on Old Crain Highway when he attempted to make a left turn onto Marlboro Pike. The driver then lost control of the vehicle and struck the side of a building, police said.

Pugh was a Boy Scouts troop leader, according to the Prince George's County Boy Scouts.
