Man Dies In Thanksgiving Shooting: Prince George's County Police

An Oxon Hill man died in an early morning shooting Thanksgiving Day in Forest Heights, police said.

FOREST HEIGHTS, MD — A 20-year-old Oxon Hill man died in an early morning shooting Thanksgiving Day in Forest Heights, police said.

Officers responded at about 6 a.m. to the 100 block of Cree Drive for the report of a suspicious car parked in the area. They discovered the victim inside the car suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.

Aaron Taylor, of Chloe Drive in Oxon Hill, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are actively working to identify a suspect(s) and motive in this case.
