Man Lays Down in Road, Fatally Struck By Car
Victim struck on Suitland Parkway early Monday morning.

A man died after laying down in Suitland Parkway roadway and was subsequently struck by a car early Monday morning, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
The victim is identified as Donald Pray, a 45-year-old resident of Capitol Heights.
"The preliminary investigation reveals Pray had been driving on Suitland Road when he and a passenger got into an argument. For an unknown reason, Pray stopped his car, got out and laid down in the roadway. He was then hit by a car. Preliminarily, it appears Pray had been drinking alcohol before the collision," reads a statement from the Prince George's County Police Department.

The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 5.
