In February, the owners of the Marlborough Golf Club in Upper Marlboro . The owners also said they wanted to reopen the property by the spring.

During an emotional meeting last winter, an empassioned group quizzed the club's owners during an emotional meeting in Upper Marlboro. There, the residents asked several questions about the owners' business plan and wondered why the property had closed in the first place.
