PG County Traffic Alert: Where to Find Lane Closures Over Weekend
State highway crews will have parts of the Capital Beltway closed at times over the weekend for work.
State highway crews will be out this weekend working on two major highway projects, weather permitting, that will close lanes of traffic.
Here’s what the State Highway Administration warns to expect.

• Southbound I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) Bridge over Suitland Road – Bridge deck paving – Two left lanes blocked 7 p.m. Friday until 10 a.m. Saturday. Two right lanes closed 7 p.m. Saturday until 11 a.m. Sunday.
• I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) at Ritchie Marlboro Road – Bridge repairs – Work will begin Friday. Single lane closure at 9 p.m., double lane closures at 10 a.m. and triple lane closures at 11 a.m. These closures will be instituted Saturday and Sunday nights.
