County police officers are looking for 28-year-old Richard West, who was last seen Monday at 9:30 p.m. in the 6500 block of Hil Mar Drive in Capitol Heights.
West is a black man with medium brown complexion. He's 5’7”, weighs 157 pounds, has brown eyes and short black bushy hair. West also has a mustache and short beard.
