UPPER MARLBORO, MD — Homicide detectives from the Prince George's County Police Department arrested an Upper Marlboro man in connection with a double fatal shooting that occurred Saturday night in the Landover area, according to a police report. PGPD charged Uhland Richardson, of the 6300 block of Dower Village Lane, with first and second degree murder, as well as other charges.

On April 18, around 11:30 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the 7500 block of Courtney Place for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, officers discovered four victims in an outside parking lot. Two victims were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The two other victims, identified as Pearris Clark, 24, of Rockville, and Eugene Deondre Jones, 26, of Oxon Hill, were pronounced dead on the scene.
