Walking In A Winter Wonderland
With a few weeks left in 2010, Upper Marlboro hit with its first snowfall of the year.
You could almost feel it coming. And on Thursday morning, it happened. Prince George's County was blanketed with a mild snow storm that closed schools two hours early and sent employees home earlier than usual.
Throughout Upper Marlboro, residents shoveled out of their neighborhoods and enjoyed the unexpected time off. All told, it was a low-key day in town.
