Having served as a Captain in the United States Army, Mr. Frank Valenti has a deep passion for helping veterans. Mr. Valenti has chaired the Veterans Advisory Council since its inception in 2014 and he worked tirelessly with community and government agencies to “evaluate, develop and promote new and existing programs and services for veterans and their families in Carroll County”.
