Carroll County NAACP Annual Freedom Fund Banquet Oct. 11
Tickets are on sale for the annual event.
The Carroll County NAACP will hold its Annual Freedom Fund Banquet on Friday, Oct. 11 at Martin's of Westminster at 6:30 p.m.
This year's guest speaker are Congressman Elijah E. Cummings and the first female and African-American Commander for the Maryland Army National Guard, Brigadier General Linda Singh.
The event is open to the public. Tickets for adults are $50 and $20 for children.
