Road closure: Winters Alley between James Street and Carroll Street.

A contractor will be doing work in Winters Alley from November 30 - December 4, during the hours of 6am to 6pm. The section of road to be closed is between James Street and Carroll Street. Steel plates will be set overnight when the alley is open to traffic.
