Restaurant week is the brainchild of Dante Liberatore and Ken Lurie, owners of Liberatore’s and Bud’s at Silver Run, according to the Carroll County Restaurant Week website.
The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Economic Development/Tourism got together to promote the week-long celebration of dining in Carroll County.
