Critical Missing Woman Has Been Found: Police
A 34-year-old woman with Down syndrome who went missing Saturday has been found and reunited with her family, police report.

CARROLL COUNTY, MD — Police canceled the lookout Sunday morning for a woman with Down syndrome. Jade Litchfield, 34, went missing Saturday after leaving home in Manchester without warning, officials said.
After 9 a.m. on Sunday, Maryland State Police said that Litchfield had been located unharmed and had been reunited with her family.
She has Down syndrome and acts and communicates as someone younger than her age, police said, which was why she was classified as a critically missing person.
