McDaniel Students Celebrate Constitution Day
A McDaniel student breaks down the Fourth Amendment and talks about how technology is impacting its interpretation.
Tuesday afternoon McDaniel College students were showing off their constitutional knowledge in honor of Constitution Day.
September 17 marks the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787. It was signed by 39 men.
Students in Dr. Charles Neal's political science class at McDaniel spent Tuesday afternoon educating their fellow classmates on constitutional amendments.
In addition to handing out pins and mini Constitution pocket guides, students were offering detailed explanations of several amendments.
In the attached video, Cody Nadeau, a McDaniel junior and philosophy major, explained how technology is changing the interpretation of the Fourth Amendment.
