Meet Pickles, Floyd and Midnight: Animals for Adoption at the Carroll County Humane Society

If you want to add a pet to your family at the end of 2013, make sure you check out these animals at the Carroll County Humane Society

The general adoption rate for dogs at the Carroll County Humane Society is $185 for dogs that still need to be neutered or spayed. Once the animal has been neutered or spayed, $100 of the adoption fee will be refunded. The adoption fee for dogs that have already been neutered or spayed is $85. 

There are dozens of dogs available for adoption, here are just a few: 

Ladybug: She was the mom to 10 puppies that were adopted out several weeks ago. She was kept a little longer so she could get back to her pre-pregnancy figure. She was a fantastic mother and is an exceptionally sweet, loving dog. She is a 3-year-old female Bully mix. This beautiful dog would make an excellent companion to any family. 

Trogg is a 2-year-old, male Lab mix current weighing about 60 pounds.

Floyd is a 5-year-old male Lab mix currently weighing about 43 pounds. 

Midnight is an energetic 2-year-old spayed female Lab mix. She needs a home where there are older children and NO other animals. She is crate trained. Her adoption fee is $40.

Cleo is an energetic 2-year-old female Red Doberman. 

There are a lot of cats looking for homes. Some of the Humane Society cats can be seen at the Westminster Petco. Here's just a few at the Humane Society looking for a home right now. Cat adoption fees vary, currently some cats can be adopted for just $10. Call for more information. 

Jaxy is a a 5-year-old, neutered male kitten with long hair. Donation is $50.

Hollie is a 2-years-old female kitty who loves to play and cuddle.

Chevy is a 3-month old male kitten. 

Pickles is a 3-month-old male kitten. 

The Carroll County Humane Society is open for adoptions 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
