Missing Westminster Girl May Be With Baltimore Teen: Sheriff

Anyone with information about the missing teens is asked to contact the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

WESTMINSTER, MD — The Carroll County Sheriff's Office has issued a lookout for two teens who have gone missing. One is a 15-year-old Westminster girl who was last seen at her home around midnight. She may be in the company of a 17-year-old boy from Baltimore, authorities said.

Emmilee Nicole Hamby, 15, of the 2500 block of Stone Road in Westminster, left her home with a bag of clothing the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 24, according to officials. She is described as 5-feet-8 inches and 180 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.

Hamby is believed to be with a 17-year-old Baltimore man named Andrew Lamount Forrester.

"Drew" Forrester, who may be from the Garrison Avenue area in Baltimore, is described as 6-feet-3 inches tall and 240 pounds. He may be driving a black pickup truck, officials said.
