CARROLL COUNTY, MD — A teen was injured over the weekend from fireworks in Carroll County, according to Maryland State Fire Marshal Brian S. Geraci. A 16-year-old sustained burns in the incident, Geraci said.
"Please go to a professional firework show and avoid this type of unnecessary tragedy within your family," Geraci said in a statement on Monday.
