CARROLL COUNTY, MD — Public schools in Carroll County will open two hours late Wednesday, Feb. 13. Carroll County Public Schools officials made the decision Wednesday morning.
Employees are on code blue, meaning school offices are open, and all employees should report.
Public schools in Carroll County were closed Monday and Tuesday due to weather.
