Carroll County Public Schools will operate on a modified schedule on Thursday, Feb. 21.
CARROLL COUNTY, MD — Public schools will open late in Carroll County on Thursday, Feb. 21. Officials from Carroll County Public Schools made the announcement Wednesday night.
Schools will open two hours late on Thursday, Feb. 21, according to authorities.
There will be a reevaluation by 7:15 a.m. on Thursday, officials advised.

Employees will be on code blue.
During a code blue protocol, all employees are to report as scheduled, while 10 and 11-month employees should adjust their time according to the delay.
