New Synagogue Coming to Kemp Mill
Chabad of Silver Spring will occupy the 6,000-square-foot building.

Chabad of Silver Spring, an Orthodox Jewish congregation, plans to build a new synagogue in Kemp Mill.
Bethesda-based Artisan Partners Construction Services announced on citybizlist last week that it has received the contract for the construction of the 6,000-square-foot building, which will house a sanctuary, classrooms, office space and a library.
The synagogue will be located at 519 Lamberton Drive, at the intersection with Lovejoy Street.
