My mother is the single, most magnificent woman I've ever met. Her selflessness knows no bounds and if I grow up to be half the woman she is, I know I will have succeeded in this life.

This is Melissa Duarte and her son Damien, who are from Milford.
This is my pride and joy and he is 10 years old. I am a single mom of this handsome boy. This was taken in my house on Thanksgiving Day, 2017. Everyone says he is my mini me. He looks and acts just like me.

Lots of people mistake me and my mom Joanne for sisters - which is ok on my end! But what makes me really blessed is all the love and support she is always giving me, no matter what. Plus, she loves hugs and kisses.
