Plane With Post Malone Moving Emergency Landing To NY: Report

The rap star is reportedly one of the passengers on a plane that suffered two blown tires.

WESTFIELD, MA — A plane reportedly carrying rap star Post Malone successfully landed at an airport in New York Tuesday afternoon.

TMZ reports that the rapper is on the plane, which was rerouted after the pilot became aware that the plan suffered two blown tires. The plane was heading to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport in Westfield to land but instead went to an airport in New York.

In a statement to Variety, FAA spokesperson Jim Peters, confirmed the damaged tires.

The plan had left Teterboro Airport in New Jersey Tuesday morning en route to London Luton Airport in Luton, England before turning around.

Malone was at the MTV Video Music Awards Money, where he performed with Aerosmith and won Song of the Year for "Rockstar."
