Winter Weather Will Give Way To Warmer Temperatures

After a final day of cold temperatures, Massachusetts will get a taste of spring with temperatures in the 60s this week.

MASSACHUSETTS — Sunday's cold temperatures will give way to spring-like weather as the work week gets started in Massachusetts.

Monday's temperatures in the state will be in the 30s and 40s before a warm front moves into the region. That will bring cloudy skies Monday afternoon before temperatures start to move up on Tuesday.

The forecast for the remainder of the week breaks down as follows:

  • Tuesday: Partly cloudy, highs in the 50s
  • Wednesday: Sunny, highs in the 60s
  • Thursday: Partly cloud, highs in the 60s
  • Friday: Chance of rain, highs in the 60s

Temperatures could fall into the 40s and 50s for much of the state next weekend, but the temperatures are expected to be warmer than this weekend.
