Acton-Boxborough To Open MIAA Football Playoffs Against CC
The Colonials take on the Raiders in the first round of the football tournament.
ACTON, MA – Acton-Boxboro heads to the MIAA Football North Division 1 tournament, taking on Central Catholic Oct. 27 at Lawrence Stadium
The Colonials, seeded eighth with a 3-4 record, will kick off the tournament against the first-seeded Raiders, who enter the tournament with a 7-0 record.
The winner will head to the semi-finals.

The MIAA switched to a playoff format in 2010. The state semi-finals are scheduled for the weekend of November 17 and 18, with state championship games scheduled for December 2 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
