Acton Garden Club Moves October Meeting Virtual
Maureen Christmas, a long-time member of the club, will share with the group and create several floral designs.

ACTON, MA — The Acton Garden Club’s October meeting will be virtual on Oct. 6 with a program at 10:30 a.m.
Maureen Christmas, a long-time member of the club, will share her talent with the group and create several floral designs with a variety of environmentally sound mechanics being demonstrated.
Christmas is a Master Level National Garden Club flower show judge. She has won numerous awards for her designs in flower shows and most recently placed in the top ten in the Florida State Florist Association’s Design Challenge. She gives design presentations and workshops to garden clubs at both the local and national level. One of the special highlights of her floral life was creating flowers for His Holiness the Dali Lama in 2014 at the Wang Center.
