ACTON, MA — Acton hosted the first of many vaccination clinics on Thursday and Friday for eligible seniors who are residents with the Acton Housing Authority. The town administered 118 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Of the 118 doses given, 21 doses were administered through a mobile clinic that visited home bound seniors. The clinic was part of the state's Phase Two vaccination effort which went live on Feb. 1. Phase Two means residents 75-years-old and older are eligible for the vaccine.

Town Manager John Mangiaratti said he was proud of the multi-department team who put together and hosted the clinic.
