Acton Man Arraigned On 10 Charges Related To Child Sex Assault
The assaults were reported in 2019 and when the man was confronted about them, he ran to New Hampshire, according to the Middlesex DA.
ACTON, MA — A 58-year-old Acton man was arraigned on Wednesday on several charges related to the sexual assaults of two children.
The man is facing 10 charges in connection with past sexual assaults, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan's office.
The assaults were reported in November 2019 when the children told their parents that the man touched them inappropriately on several occasions at his home in Acton, according to the DA. When the man was confronted about them, he ran to New Hampshire, according to the DA.

He returned to Acton and after an investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for the charges of aggravated rape of child, enticing child under 16 and eight counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14.
The man was arrested on Tuesday at his home in Acton. The next date in this case is March 1.
