Acton Medical Marijuana Dispensary Shut Down By CCC

ACTON, MA — A medical marijuana dispensary been shut down by the state's marijuana regulatory body. Mass Wellspring, located at 18 Powdermill Rd., was ordered to temporarily cease and desist by the Cannabis Control Commission Thursday.

The CCC told The Boston Globe an inspection found violations that posed an "immediate or serious threat to the public health, safety, and welfare."

Acton is telling patrons of the facility to contact the Cannabis Control Commission at 617-701-8400 or CannabisCommission@State.MA.US.
