Acton Moms Group

Meets Thursday mornings beginning October 17th

Mothers are warmly invited to our weekly “Mom Moments” group starting Thursday, October 17th at Mt. Calvary Church in Acton. We meet from 9:15 AM to 10:45 AM and childcare is available in our staffed Nursery. Kids that feel more comfortable staying close to mom are welcome to remain with us in the Conference Room. We are a very flexible and welcoming group. Whether you are a new mom, have young kids, or your kids are starting to move away from the nest, we invite you to join our circle of friendship.

Motherhood stretches you to do seemingly impossible things. Some days you feel as if you’re in a race to the finish line, stumbling over everything in your path — including Legos and laundry. A thriving mom is made for more than this. This fall we will use the book, “Mom Up,” by Kara-Kae James to talk about thriving with grace in motherhood.

Are you ready to “Mom Up?” When you choose to mom up your mom moments you will step out of survival mode. It starts with taking time for yourself. Come as you are and be uplifted as we share our stories and capture the moments when God’s word and motherhood intersect.
