This Acton Pharmacy Will Train You for a 5K
But you have to do some of the...leg work yourself.
ACTON, MA – Acton Pharmacy will host a free "Couch to 5K" training program this month in preparation for the Emerson 5K for Cancer on June 10. The training session is co-hosted by Lexington Eye Associates, which is sponsoring the race alongside Acton Pharmacy.
The goal of the program is to teach attendees with little to no running experience how to run 3.1 miles. Representatives from PR Running in Westborough will share tips on gait analysis and proper running shoes.

The training session will take place Wednesday, April 26 from 7-8 p.m. at Acton Pharmacy, 563 Massachusetts Avenue.
