Acton Police To Conduct Alcohol Compliance Checks

ACTON, MA — Acton Police will be conducting alcohol compliance checks over coming weeks. The department announced the checks in a press release on Thursday and said the checks will last through December.

All local businesses with liquor licenses will be checked, they said.

The compliance checks are "To prevent persons under the age of 21 and to ensure that liquor license holders, their employees and those over 21 years of age, are not providing alcohol to minors," according to the release.
