Acton Selectmen Clear Restaurant of Over-Service Violation: Report
Acton's selectmen found that the restaurant did not commit an over-service violation, according to a report from the Acton Beacon.

ACTON, MA—Makaha Restaurant has been found to not have committed an over-service violation by the Acton Board of Selectmen on June 6, according to a report by Acton Beacon.
The Beacon reports that the Selectmen found that there was no over-service violation during a hearing which was called due to a multi-vehicle accident in which sent one person to Emerson Hospital. When the driver of the vehicle causing the accident was asked by a Concord District Court judge where he last consumed a drink, he stated it was at Makaha Restaurant on Great Road, according to the Beacon's report.Â
The Beacon also reports that Makaha was cleared in two hearings last year about potential over-serving.Â
