Acton Vaccinations: How Many Residents Are Fully Vaccinated?

ACTON, MA — More than 1,200 of Acton oldest residents have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state’s data. Twenty-seven percent of Acton residents as a whole are fully vaccinated, up from 22 percent last week. Roughly 1.9 million people have been fully vaccinated in Massachusetts, the state reported Thursday.

Roughly 22 percent of the town's residents have received just the first dose. About three in four residents ages 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated, and 17 percent in that age group have received just their first dose.

Acton reported 59 cases of coronavirus in the two weeks leading up to the state report released Thursday, placing it in the "yellow" zone.
