Acton Weather Forecast: Sloppy Week Ahead
Rain, and a possibility of snow is on tap for the area this week.
ACTON, MA—After what many would regard as a comfortable week, sloppy weather is in store for the first week of March.
According to the National Weather Service, Acton is set for rain at the beginning of the week, and could be looking at light snow towards the end. While temperatures are set to remain on the warmer side, the skies will not be cooperating as much.
Here’s Acton’s extended forecast, according to NWS:
Monday: A slight chance of showers before 1pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradual clearing during the afternoon, with a high near 54. Southwest wind 10 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tuesday: A slight chance of showers after 4pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 48. West wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Wednesday: Showers likely, mainly before 3pm. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 51. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 36.
Friday: A chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 32. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
