Arrests for Drugs, OUIs, A & B and Motor Vehicle Violations
A rundown of recent arrests in Acton.

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.Â
- On Wednesday, Oct. 23, Carlos E. Ribeiro, 25, of 50 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, Hudson, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violating state highway signs/signals/markings.
- On Thursday, Oct. 24, David Eugene Dittmer, 38, of 172 Willow St., Acton, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute, manufacture of a Class B substance and possession of a Class B substance. Click here to read more on Dittmer’s arrest.
- On Friday, Oct. 25, William R. Hamilton, 43, of 71 Hosmer St., Apt. 15, Acton, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with his license suspended, leaving the scene of property damage and operating under the influence of liquor – third offense.
- On Thursday, Oct. 31, Kim Fiore, 53, of 16 Captain Handley Road, Acton, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.
- Â On Friday, Nov. 1, Injun Chon, 24, of 384 B Great Road, Acton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery. Â
